Le Tgives

The Fraynch don't believe in Thanksgiving because they don't believe in being thankful, so instead of turducken, I ate eggs benedict and bloody maries at an American-themed restaurant with my boss and his wife. Then, I worked the entire afternoon, since I dropped out of school. Then, I came home and soul-searchingly reflected on my meaningless life.

Some things I am thankful for 2k8:

1. My family, except for my dog
2. My friends
3. The Fraynch, including the one I live with
4. My health

5. My unpaid jobs

6. Online video services

7. That I am no longer vegetarian; also, Special K and Quaker Oatmeal
8. The fortunate scene of seeing a midget use a urinal at a club last weekend (couldn't reach).
9. The voice of reason

10. My weblog, my readership and the Internets in general

Enjoy your American holiday, you Americans, you!

Don't worry: I made sure that my fam saved a seat you you/Elijah this Thanksgiving. Neither of you are big eaters, so it wasn't really an inconvenience.

I'm in Brussels and also missing the preferred holiday of non-vegetarians. Funny list comforted me when I was googling round for some US cheer...
